BuildGreen Saskatchewan Conference: Attendee Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for attendees of the BuildGreen Saskatchewan Conference.

Cancellation by Attendee

• Up to 30 days before the conference: Attendees who cancel their registration 30 days or more before the conference start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
• 15-29 days before the conference: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the conference start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before the conference: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the conference start date.

Transferring Your Registration

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no extra charge. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to karen@turnereventsmanagement.com at least 10 days before the conference. Please include the original attendee's name and the new attendee's full contact information.

Cancellation by BuildGreen Saskatchewan

In the unlikely event that the BuildGreen Saskatchewan Conference is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as low enrollment, natural disaster, or public health emergency), attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees. BuildGreen Saskatchewan is not responsible for any other costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to buildgreensupport@5by5.ca please include your full name, registration confirmation number, and the reason for your request.

Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
• This policy applies to attendee registrations only. Sponsorships and exhibitor agreements are subject to separate terms and conditions.
